CharNele originates from Atlanta, Georgia. With over six years of experience in the dental field, CharNele is dedicated to being a team player and delivering the best experience possible to our patients while maintaining a positive, efficient, and welcoming environment within the office. CharNele began her journey as a hygiene assistant after completing a certification program at United Education Institute, which included a mandatory internship. That internship offered CharNele her first job, where she gained invaluable hands-on experience. CharNele later advanced her skills by obtaining expanded duties certifications, allowing her to transition to a chairside assistant. From there, she progressed to a traveling lead periodontal assistant, furthering her expertise in the field. Outside of the office, CharNele enjoys fashion, being with nature, and going to brunch.

Front Office Manager Melanie originates from Atlanta, Georgia. She brings over 20 years of extensive experience in human resources to her role. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources with a minor in Project Management from DeVry University, demonstrating her early commitment to mastering organizational management. Furthering her expertise, she obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management, equipping her with advanced leadership and strategic planning skills As a dedicated and hardworking professional, Melanie plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operations of the Atlanta Periodontal Group.

Her exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach allow her to streamline processes and support both the team and the patients with excellence. Melanie’s commitment extends beyond administrative duties; she consistently goes the extra mile to ensure patients receive outstanding care and support throughout their journey With her wealth of experience and unwavering dedication, Melanie exemplifies professionalism and compassion, contributing significantly to the practice's success and its reputation for excellence in patient care.

Tiana originates from Decatur, Georgia. Tiana is a dedicated and compassionate dental assistant with a passion for providing excellent patient care. Known for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, Tiana has earned a reputation as a highly skilled professional in the dental assisting field. She excels not only in her clinical expertise but also in her ability to create a welcoming and trusting environment for patients. Building personable relationships and earning the trust of those she serves is important to making each patient feel valued and cared for. Tiana’s academic journey reflects her dedication to both personal growth and professional development. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a minor in Chemistry, from Mercer University. Recognizing her calling in the dental field, she furthered her education by obtaining her dental certification from The Atlanta Dental Assisting School. Currently, Tiana is pursuing a Master's in Health Science at Meharry Medical College. Balancing her rigorous academic schedule with her professional responsibilities, Tiana embodies the qualities of a dedicated healthcare professional who is always striving for excellence.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Krystal Dell originates from Benton, Louisiana. With over 12 years of experience as a registered dental hygienist, Krystal is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care at Atlanta Periodontal Group. Known for her gentle and compassionate approach, Krystal specializes in supportive periodontal therapy and patient education, empowering individuals to achieve optimal oral health. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients and ensuring a comfortable, personalized experience during every visit.

Outside of the office, Krystal enjoys spending quality time with family and friends,staying current with advancements in dental care through continuing education,and promoting overall health through preventive dental practices.

Kayzha originates from Lorain, Ohio. Kayzha is a dynamic and promising member of the dental team at Atlanta Periodontal Group. Though she is newer to the dental field, she brings a strong commitment to providing a comfortable, supportive, and positive experience for all of our patients. Kayzha is recognized for her bold and engaging personality, which allows her to quickly build meaningful and lasting relationships with patients. She is dedicated to ensuring that each individual feels valued and at ease throughout their visit. Kayzha is an agile learner with a natural attention to detail, consistently demonstrating her ability to adapt and thrive in an ever-evolving environment. Her enthusiasm for learning and improving enhances the overall patient experience and contributes to the seamless operation of the office.

Outside of the office, Kayzha enjoys photography, playing softball, being a social media content creator, and being creative within the fashion world.

Michelle originates from Atlanta, Georgia.With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Michelle is dedicated to ensuring that patients feel at ease and are treated with the utmost care, as though they were family. Michelle's passion for the dental field stems from a lifelong fascination with the aesthetic and functional aspects of beautiful teeth. Her positive demeanor and collaborative approach make her a valued member of the team at Atlanta Periodontal Group. Michelle began her dental career at DeKalb Community College and furthered her expertise through Medix, specializing in dental assisting. She possesses a keen attention to financial details and is adept at guiding patients through their financial options. Additionally, Michelle serves as a strong advocate for patients when working with dental insurance companies.

Outside of her professional life, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren, participating in church activities, walking, watching television, and dining out.
